FAQ

We kindly ask that you RSVP by the 1st of October 2026. This gives us enough time to confirm numbers with the venue and caterers. You can RSVP directly on this website — it takes less than two minutes. If you miss the deadline, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

We love your little ones dearly, but we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you the chance to let your hair down and enjoy a rare evening to yourselves. If you have any concerns or specific circumstances, please reach out to us privately and we will discuss.

Formal Garden Attire — think elegant, refined, and garden-ready. Floor-length gowns or elegant midi dresses for ladies; suits and ties or a classic tuxedo for gentlemen. We ask that guests avoid white and ivory (reserved for the bride), black-only outfits, and overly casual attire such as denim. Visit our Dress Code page for full guidance and colour palette inspiration.

Yes, there is parking available at the venue for guests arriving by car. We also recommend considering a shared transfer or taxi for the evening, as it allows everyone to enjoy the celebration fully. A shuttle service will run between the venue and the recommended hotels — details on timing will be sent closer to the date.

Invitations have been carefully considered and sent to specific guests. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted on the invitation itself. If you have a specific situation you'd like to discuss, please reach out to us directly — we will always do our best to be accommodating where possible.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We ask all guests to be seated by 3:45 PM at the latest. The full schedule — including cocktail hour, dinner and dancing — is available on the Schedule page of this website.

Yes. The venue is fully accessible and we have ensured that all key areas — ceremony, cocktail terrace, dining room and bathrooms — are reachable without stairs. Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any specific requirements and we will make sure everything is arranged in advance.

The ceremony and reception are planned for both indoor and outdoor settings. In the event of poor weather, the venue has a beautiful indoor alternative that preserves the full atmosphere of the day. We have a plan — and it is a good one. You will not be standing in the rain.

Absolutely. The catering team is experienced in accommodating all dietary requirements. Please note your requirements clearly in your RSVP, including any allergies, intolerances or preferences. We will pass all information directly to the kitchen to ensure every guest is fully taken care of.

We are always reachable. The best way to get in touch is via the contact form on the RSVP page, or by emailing us directly at hello@caroymati.com. We will always respond within 48 hours. No question is too small — we want you to arrive on the day feeling relaxed and fully informed.

Still unsure about something?
